Birth Doula

As your birth doula, I will assist you during your pregnancy and be present throughout the delivery. This is what you can expect during the process:

 

• A free get-together meeting via Zoom, followed by an intake session,

• 1 birthing education and birth plan session,

• 1 session on relaxation, breathing, optimal fetal positioning, birthing positions and practical tips for you and your partner,

• 1 childbirth massage session for the partner,

• availability via email, whatsapp and phone during the entire process,

• from 38 weeks of pregnancy 24/7 availability to be at your delivery within a maximum of one hour,

• continuous presence during the entire delivery, from the active phase until a few hours after birth,

• a visit within two weeks after delivery,

• footage of the birth, which I then share only with you.

 

For this basic package you pay €1450,- including VAT. Travel expenses at €0,29 per km and possible parking costs will be invoiced afterwards. It is possible to put together a more extensive package with separate options, for example pregnancy massage or Ayurvedic nutrition.

 

This support starts around 20 weeks of pregnancy, later by mutual agreement.
